These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kountry Kards & Hobbies website and your purchases from Kountry Kards, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Kountry Kards, LLC operates a retail hobby shop at 563e South Water Avenue, Gallatin, Tennessee 37066. Our website lets you browse inventory, save items to your binder wishlist, create an account, and check out select sealed products online. Singles and trade inquiries may require in-store pickup, local meetup, or separate arrangement as described on product or contact pages.

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct pricing mistakes, cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, and limit quantities. Inventory shown online reflects our active stock at the time of display and may change without notice. A listing on our site does not guarantee availability until your order is confirmed.

Trading card singles are sold as described by condition notes (for example NM, LP). All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing for a specific transaction.

Online checkout is processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you represent that your payment information is yours to use and that you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping where offered.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. If payment is captured and we cancel an order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when applicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive or fraudulent.

Saved binder items may be stored locally in your browser and, if you are signed in, synced to your account. Wishlist data is provided for convenience and does not reserve inventory or create an obligation for us to hold product.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service
• Misrepresent your identity or payment authorization
• Infringe the rights of other customers, our staff, or third parties

Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, and other product names, logos, and artwork are trademarks of their respective owners. Kountry Kards, LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokemon Company, Wizards of the Coast, or other rights holders except where products are offered as authorized retail goods.

The site and its content are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed,Kountry Kards, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to a transaction is limited to the amount you paid us for that transaction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in Sumner County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
